For some reason mine wont validate. The update just crashes Cubase 7 64 bit in Windows 8 pro, nice update really I hope the problems were resolved.

If you already have the Soundtoys licences on your ilok you do not need to update ilok. You only need to use the latest ilok software to buy new plugins. Yes but no reply as yet.
